TL22HW or TL22W Top Lock 22mm wide saddle. These are limited to only a few applications that have a heating element in the blade and integrated windshield washer sprayers in the blade. You can see the electrical connections and washer ports inside the saddle of the arms. Currently used on Mercedes SL and S Class. Some have tubing for washers in the blade and electrical connectors for heated blades.
